I Can't Believe It's Not Butter High Value Coupons

The other day I posted about I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and their fridge makeover movement (you can read about it here).

I asked for you all to share some healthy, delish, easy recipes that replaced margarine/butter with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and in return I'd send the first 5 entries a high value I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Coupon (and maybe throw in another ThriftyGrl goodie or two : )

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream (can use light)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.

CHEESY BUTTER RANCH BREAD SPREAD

1 TUB OF I CANT BELIEVE ITS NOT BUTTER 16 OZ.

1 PACKAGE OF HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING MIX

8OZ OF FINELY SHREDDED MIXED CHEESES

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND SPREAD ON ITALIAN OR FRENCH BREAD AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL CHEESE IS GOLDEN BROWN.
