I have recently been turned on to Earth Fare - a supermarket that's all about healthy eating. I came across a coupon for free cheese (we'll get to that in a minute) and decided to join their mailing list. Boy, should I have done this a long time ago!
Free pantry makeover: When you sign up with them, Earth Fare offers you a FREE, one time pantry makeover! Basically what this means is that you take the unhealthy food items in your pantry (like peanut butter, soda, cereal, salad dressing, jelly, etc.) in to them and they will replace them with healthy versions for absolutely FREE!!! I am still in awe of this awesome deal! What an amazing opportunity to turn your eating habits around - and for FREE! Way to go Earth Fare!!

Boot Challenge: Each week, Earth Fare has a Boot Challenge, where they ask you to look at the ingredients of two items and then choose which item you would give the boot to. After choosing, they give you a coupon that allows you to exchange your old, unhealthy food for a healthier version. I also love, love, love that they support local growers!
Honestly, I started out with the intention of just listing the free cheese coupon, but the more I learn about Earth Fare, the more I love! I think this may just be my new favorite place to shop!!
