I was thinking about this on my way to CVS the other day... I have not mentioned the new Green Bag Tag and for that I apologize!!
Now some of you may have already heard of this (as it has been out for a few weeks now), but for those of you who have not, I would like to fill you in on an easy way to earn free money!
As many of you have come to know and love CVS' Extra Bucks program, the Green Bag Tag ties in with it. CVS is trying to promote "going green", so they now sell a $0.99 "Green Bag Tag" at their registers. Attach it to your reusable bag (their website states you can also "reuse" a previous plastic bag or opt to carry out your purchase) and have the card scanned each time you shop at CVS. Every 4 visits earns you $1 in Extra Bucks. That may not seem like much, but if you go once a week, that's $12 Extra Bucks a year! (And just think, with the sales and coupons at CVS, what that could earn you over time!)
Anyway, like I said... I realize at this point in the game many of you have probably heard of it, but for those of you who haven't, my apologies for not posting it sooner!
