Posting personal information is at your own risk; ThriftyGrl.com, its employees, subsidiaries, and successors assume no responsibility for any actions as a result of this.
• No purchase necessary; void where prohibited.
• One entry per person for your first entry. You may or may not need to be a verified email subscriber to enter the giveaway; this is giveaway dependent. See individual giveaway for more info.
• The number of additional entries you are eligible for depends on how many of the “Additional Entries” items you complete (see full list of opportunities listed in giveaway).
• Entering falsified information/fake additional entries will immediately null and void all of your entries and remove you from the current contest and may affect your ability to participate in future contests/giveaways.
• Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. Winner is drawn by random number generator.
• The winner of the giveaway will be publicly announced (first name and last initial) on ThriftyGrl.com.
• The winner will be notified immediately following the close of the contest via email. The winner will need to respond within the timeframe requested on the individual contest/giveaway page, or they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
• Prizes will be distributed by either ThriftyGrl.com or the said company sponsoring the giveaway. Each giveaway will specifically announce who will be providing/sending the prize to the winner.
• Entrants assume all liability for their participation and receipt and use of prizes. Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• Winner hereby releases ThriftyGrl.com, its employees, subsidiaries, successors & assigns of any and all liability including, but not limited to, any injuries caused from use and/or misuse of giveaway items; shipping errors caused by: 1) incorrect information from giveaway participants; errors, omissions, and 2) negligence on the part of any services used to deliver said giveaway items; and incorrect information provided by said item's manufacturer.
