1. Basic website navigation:
• Home:  Our main page where all the action happens.  This is where all of our up-to-date information is.  The newest posts are always at the top.  All words in pink are hyperlinks that take you to another website, resource, page, etc. when you click on them.
• About:  The story behind ThriftyGrl, how we came to be, and what our goal truly is! Plus get the scoop on ThriftyGuy and ThriftyDog! Have a question? This is also the home of the FAQ’s you are currently reading!

• Recommended Deals: Sometimes we post deals on ThriftyGrl that are so good, we want everyone to check them out! However, we post so many things that oftentimes they get pushed off the main page quickly. This page is to tell you of the best, most helpful deals out there that we think you should check out!
• Weekly Store Deals: We like to look through the sales papers and help identify what is a great deal for the week!
• Kroger: Weekly Kroger deals
• Harris Teeter: Weekly Harris Teeter deals
• CVS: Weekly CVS deals.
• Walgreens: Weekly Walgreens deals
• Magazines coupons and deals: This one may puzzle you… These days, magazines are full of offers and coupons! We like to alert you as to what magazines are offering so you can be sure to look out for the deals!
• Freebies, Samples, Coupons!: Great freebie, samples, and coupon offers from our partner sites! These are constantly changing, so make sure to check them frequently!
• VIP Offers: ThriftyGrl likes to partner with friends and businesses to bring you special offers - all for being a ThriftyGrl reader! These are great offers you can't find anywhere else - just mention you saw their ad on ThriftyGrl to receive a significant discount!
• Giveaways: We LOVE to hold giveaways – both the kind where companies give us stuff to give to you and where we buy some goodies and give them out, all in the spirit of paying it forward!
• Advertising/PR: I'll be honest, ThriftyGrl started and ran for quite some time with the intention of being completely non-profit. However, times are tough and we have decided to accept some advertising. Don't worry - we promise not to over-do it and will always stay true to what ThriftyGrl is all about! Basically this tab is for anyone interested in advertising/sponsoring our website. It also contains our disclosure policy. 
2.  How can I keep up with what's going on with ThriftyGrl?
• Subscribe to our email newsletter.  It goes out once a day and lists a brief overview of each post we make for that day.  Questions about subscribing?  Click here!

• Check ThriftyGrl.com periodically - we post stuff as quickly as we learn about it!  Information is always being posted so that we can keep you as up-to-date as possible!
3. What's the search box for in the upper right hand corner on your homepage?
• The search box is a nifty little tool that allows you to type in a keyword and search every single post ever made on ThriftyGrl!  You also have the option to search blogs we follow or the entire Internet!  Just type in whatever you are looking for and hit "Search!"  It's quite useful if you are wondering (for instance) about a coupon we posted for Bob Evans but cannot remember what day you saw it.  Just type "Bob Evans" in the search box and it will find everything we have ever posted about Bob Evans - and Bob Evans only!
4. What's up with the "Recommended Deals to Check Out?"
• If we run across a freebie, deal, coupon, or one of our partners offers something so great that we want everyone to check it out, we'll not only post it, but we'll also make a button under "Recommended Deals to Check Out" and leave it up for a bit.  This allows for everyone to see it, even if other posts push the deal off the main page!
5. Why the chat room?
• The chat room allows us to post quick tidbits of information, talk with ThriftyGrl readers when they are online, answer questions that are posted, and help each other out on Thursday's when Old Navy Weekly resets!  : )
6. What does "Grab My Button" mean?
• Bloggers often like to have tiny snapshot pictures of their friend's websites on their websites.  It not only shows who we like to read, but it helps to get the word out for our friend's website.  If you want to put the ThriftyGrl button on your page, simply copy and paste the code in the box under the ThriftyGrl button and it will appear on your site!  If you do so, let us know!  We would love to see it!! : )
7. Under "Followers", people follow with "Google Friend Connect".  What is that?
• If you have a Google account, you can follow blogs of your liking.  Again, it's another way to show your support for your favorite websites!  To do so, make sure you have a google account.  Then, simply click "Follow" and your instantly a Google follower!
